In case we have not met over the last 28 years here in Columbus, I can't wait to hear about you and how you can help engaged couples! I have had a passion for connecting wedding pros to engaged couples and other wedding vendors to help them grow! I am so passionate about this industry and coaching fellow business owners take their companies to the next level. Starting out as a wedding planner I know what it is like being a solopreneur and it is not easy- but I would like to help you get more exposure for your company, simplify, advise, and have fun!

Jamie adopted 2 amazing kids at birth, Jude now 15 and Jolie 22. She has been with her husband for 27 years and their key to a long lasting marriage is coming from a hospitality background and lots of laughter! One of her favorite things is going to her tiny home on Indian Lake, traveling, drinking wine, and continuous education. She also has a mini dachshund Jag who is very stinky and old but the sweetest pup ever!

Hi, I'm Michelle! My wedding planning journey began in 2015 when I planned my own wedding and realized I had a passion for love and event planning.

I decided to look for a mentor through any means necessary and I was lucky enough to find Devoted Columbus; a company I can grow with! I graduated from Franklin University with a degree in Psychology. I have 2 doggies(Bentley and Charlie) and a husband (Brandon).Apart from Event Planning, I love to travel.Especially to warm and beachy locations!

This is for the couple who has already done the planning, but like to relax and leave the details to someone else. Our presence on site will guarantee a stress-free wedding day!

Unlimited phone and email assistance
A two hour timeline creation appointment, 2-3 months prior to wedding date
Final appointment with event location (includes table mock up if DTD is doing linens)
Coordinate timeline and details with all vendors by phone, make necessary updates
Itinerary creation and distribution to family and bridal party
Coordinate final deposits due and distribute on your wedding day
3 planners to attend, coordinate and assist with rehearsal and ceremony as needed
3 planners for up to 8 hours on the wedding day
Coordinator brings an “emergency” bridal kit to assist with any unexpected problems
Up to 35 hours of planning and wedding weekend coordination

Beginning & Ending

Up to two appointments or consultations of your choice
Personal shopper to help find needed items for the wedding at the lowest price available (favors, ceremony tossing items, bridal party gifts, toasting glasses, cake toppers, cake servers, guest books, flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillow, signature items, etc.)
Up to 60 hours of planning and event day coordination

This is for the couple who wants a more hands-on approach from a professional to help throughout the entire process.

This package is for the couple that works full time, has limited time, lives out of town, or just has no desire to put in all the planning hours. If you desire someone to be your assistant and lift the burden with a professional by your side, this stress-free experience is for you. We will handle the details and leave the decisions to you.

We had the amazing luck of finding Michelle on the knot and I can’t imagine our dream wedding without her. Because of Michelle I had zero stress and it felt like our day was flawlessly perfect (which I’m sure it wasn’t!) Michelle was creative, organized, most of all trusting. I hired Devoted Columbus for wedding day assistance, and I am so glad I did! My wedding day assistant, Belle, was so phenomenal. Not only was Belle an excellent resource pre-wedding, answering my questions and helping us create a very detailed, well thought out timeline , but she helped make the day so enjoyable for us by anticipating our needs and taking care of everything for us! I was so thankful I could rely on her to make sure everything during the wedding went smoothly and that everything was packed up after the wedding. She made sure we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable day, checking in just the right amount. I specifically appreciated her getting us cocktails during post-ceremony pictures so we could focus on enjoying the evening! Whenever we asked her about something or had a question, she had either already handled it for us or made sure it would be taken care of. I truly would not have had such a wonderful wedding day without Belle and I am so thankful that she was our wedding day assistant!

Rachael with Devoted Columbus was a tremendous help in pulling together our wedding day, from going and getting extra flowers that weren't delivered to keeping everyone organized and ready for when the time came to walk down the aisle. She did a great job with the setup and teardown of the venue as well. The planning meetings were really helpful along with her running the rehearsal with us. I don't think our day would have gone as smoothly without her. I definitely recommend having Devoted Columbus as a planner and guide for your wedding.

Michelle is hands down who you want finalizing the big and small details of your wedding! These are so many things that would have never came to mind for me before our wedding.
