Our venue has the beauty and flexibility of a country club, the convenience and quality of a fine hotel, and the creativity of award-winning on-site catering. With our 15-acre campus, there are numerous options to choose for your wedding with our three distinct ballrooms and two outdoor ceremony locations. In addition, all our ballrooms do have the capability to have an indoor ceremony option.
Our venue has two onsite kitchens, a full culinary team as well licensed bar services.

We highly encourage everyone to pre-register online however you may register on-site if need be 30 min prior to the start of the event.
$5 per person who pre-registers online!
$10 per person who registers on-site.
The Wedding Experience is just that an experience! The Wedding Experience is just that an experience! You will be able to taste vendor food and drinks, meet with Columbus’ best wedding professionals and experience what your big day could be like!
The event lasts 3.5 hours with a grand finale at the end of the event.
I just wanted to thank you for the invitation to The Wedding Experience. What a fun event! I would highly recommend it to anyone getting married. That atmosphere is much less invasive and personable than one of those big expos. My fiance and I had such a great time and although we’re getting married out of state, I got SO many ideas from the decor to the invitations that is was a HUGE help. Thanks so much!

I’m so glad that I could attend The Wedding Experience and bring my fiance along with me. We attended with another couple who is also in the planning process and loved that you could accommodate us all being transported together to each facility. (thank you) Having us driven to each location was great especially seeing the different kinds of vehicles and not having the hassle of trying to drive around the city.

This was the first wedding-related event I could bring my fiance to that he actually enjoyed! Food, drinks, and prizes – that was an easy sell! I loved the event as a whole. I felt I was able to really see the services of many vendors, talk with them, and get information. It was a fun date night for my fiance and I, and gave us the chance to look at wedding stuff in a non-stressful way. We got a lot of ideas not directly related to specific vendors, and just had a lot of fun! We may try to come again in April!
